First thing you should do to stay physically healthy is you need to eat healthy food. In our country, it is divided into five categories. They are carbohydrates to give you enough energy for example rice, protein and fat or spices that are used as sub-energy for example meat, vegetables to balance the nutrition, fruit as a vitamin source, and the last is milk. You need to eat at least three times a day to get the best effect. They are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Second is exercise. Eating too much is bad for our body. That is why we need to do exercise to help the metabolism process so we can get the best result from nutrition. We can do simple exercise if you have a limitation such in your stamina or you have a disease. Simple exercise can be jogging or push ups. Like eating, the exercise must be done in routine time to get the best effect, for example at least twice a week. Third is enough rest. By resting your body, you will keep your physical health. The other way to get enough rest is to not overwork. Work is important but your health is more important to do other work.
